After unzip the download file, just run setup.exe to install this add-in.
You can also uninstall this add-in by running setup.exe,
and choose the option to remove SQL Pretty Printer for visual studio 2005/2008.
Or, from Control Panel->Added or Uninstall software.
You can upgrade to new version by uninstall previous version and install new version.
After Install this Add-in, If this toolbar is not visible, you can use Tools->Customize, In Toolbars tab,
check the SQL Beautifier CommandBar.
