Before Install this Add-In,SQL Server Management Studio should already been installed.
This Add-In works in SQL Server Management Studio(SSMS), with .NET2.0 installed. It doesn't work for EE edition of SSMS.

After unzip the download file, just run setup.exe to install this add-in. You can also uninstall this add-in by running setup.exe, and choose the option to remove SQL Pretty Printer for SQL Server Management Studio. Or, from Control Panel->Added or Uninstall software.
You can upgrade to new version by uninstall previous version and install new version. Make sure run sqlwb /setup in dos command window to refresh the UI of this add-in.
For some reasons, if you uninstall this add-in and don't want to use it again. You may need to remove the menu by open: Tools->Customize, and drag the add-in menu to this customize window.

After Install this Add-in, There is a toolbar with buttons to format/convert sql . If this toolbar is not visible, you can use Tools->Customize, In Toolbars tab, check the SQL Beautifier CommandBar.
